    The Committee on Industry and Labor moves to amend the bill:

    On Page 2, Section 2, Line 4, after the word “state” by striking out the comma and the words “but does not include the department of corrections, the department of health and the Legislature”; and

    On Page 2, Section 2, Line 17, following the word “standards” by striking out the comma and the remainder of the section and inserting a period.
